The theory is the reason why the hired drivers are limited is because each one is on a seperate script to show thier stats, if too many scripts are running together it can be demanding on lower end computers.

I have 2 profiles in each game with many drivers (100+) in each and the drivers you can hire with higher levels are always different. Also when you add drivers (with game update or mod), they are totally random in terms of skills.
3HPH. Your only input is to manage their specialities with ADR and Long Distance generating the best return so should be the first focus at least to level 3. Is it "better" to buy the cheapest trucks and then upgrade them to some extent/max or buy the trucks that meet certain requirements? For example, my first truck was the cheapest Renault. Currently, theres a total of 36 garages in the game possible. 180 drivers including player. Thats around 60% or so of the available driver pool, assuming that you dont have extra trucks stored for yourself to drive etc.. So for most of us, we have likely 160-175 driver spaces.
